What is involved in kempo jujitsu?

what is it based around, for example tae kwon do is based around mostly kicks.|||It is purely self defense. I watched my girlfriend in a few of her training sessions and they learn moves that were a simplistic as possible to minimise the chance of error if being attacked. I was even surprised to see them being taught to scratch at eyes, grab testicles. It%26#039;s pretty hard stuff. The seniors were also doing something called %26#039;sticky hands%26#039; which involved mimicking and blocking their opponent.

Watching the instructor and another senior grade demonstrate knife defence was awesome (real blade).

I prefer a much safer form of self defense - run lyk fook||| I know TKD,Tang Soo-do,Hapkido,a few others are from Korea, have the strongest spinning back and jumping back kicks..Ed Parker(brought Kempo from Japan and started a style of his own.Besides punching, kicking, some forms/katas,you may learn ground/floor work.Try site below
