yes it does. alot of jujitsu is submissions. if it is used within the amateur rules, then it will be very helpful. it is one thing to go out and beat a guy, and it is another thing, when you go out and whip him so bad, that he wants off the mat.|||Yes,RVD masterd Karate before he came to the WWE look at him now.....retired.|||sorry don%26#039;t know what it is|||-I%26#039;ve take Martial Arts %26amp; trust me, it%26#039;s not the same b/c you%26#039;ll end up putting someone in an armbar of some sort, then realizing it%26#039;s the wrong sport.

so it will|||no, it doesnt|||Yes, it is a huge help, one guy on my team used to take jujitsu and he is 2nd in the state (Kentucky) and he%26#039;s just a good wrestler, but yea its a big help.
