I want to work out with weights,but i need to know what muscles are best to work out for punching and kicking speed and power,thank you.|||i would concentrate first on core strength, then concentrate on legs, then upper body. squats and deadlifts are everyone%26#039;s favorite. compund moves are better than isolating muscles. also, remember your cardio! muscle strength is nothing when you%26#039;re totally winded.
you also need to be hitting a lot of bags, as you%26#039;ll get a lot more power from good technique than muscles.|||Bruce Lee said you must train every muscle. So all muscles are good to train.
