What's a better ground fighting style for MMA Wrestling, or Brazillian Jujitsu?

i%26#039;d say brazilian jujitsu|||This same question was already posted at: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...

Post there if you want to answer.|||Brazillian Jujitsu is better than MMA Wrestling.

Brazillian Jujitsu shows more detail about technique, self-control, holding on your opponent, self-defense, and better fight control on the ground.|||I think you should also consider Krav Maga, which is the Martial Art used by the Israeli military for personal combat. It uses much of the Brazilian Jujitsu moves with a hint of Vale Tudo. Definitely considerable for MMA wrestling.|||Wow you asked a question that is gonna spark alot of debate

my opt, wrestling is just wrestling, if you take an average wrestler with no BJJ or submission wrestling experence 9 out of 10 times the bjj guy is gonna sub him

wrestling is wrestling

BJJ is a art where you learn to put some one out of the fight

Now if you take a wrestler and give them sub defense its a diffrent story, BJJ guy is gonna have to work alot harder

wrestlers can and have done awesome in MMA, but with out BJJ sub grappling then you get the lay and pray, the only way to beat BJJ is to know BJJ

now adays you have to know both, so there isn%26#039;t a contrast of styles now, BJJ guys cross train and vise versa
