btw im gonna learn japanese jujitsu not bjj|||The %26quot;skirt%26quot; is called a hakama and they are not often worn in Jujitsu. In Japanese Jujitsu, you will be wearing a white Jujitsu gi. It%26#039;s similar to the gi they wear in Karate only it%26#039;s a heavier weight for durability.|||Each dojo is different. I%26#039;d ask your Sensei what you should wear. He probably has requirements for this anyway. don;t buy anything until you talk to him.|||Pugpaws is right, different dojos have different requirements. Ask your instructor what you should wear. Some dojos you can buy your clothes from them.|||i would recommend a GI (the white robe looking thing) and a rash gaurd underneath that. Have fun.|||Heavier cotton is important for grappling!
