Depends on what you are looking to get out of it. Any of them will get you in good shape and teach you discipline. Jiu Jitsu is more submissions and holds, particulary on the ground. Kung Fu is more of a traditional martial art with striking and a distinctive form. BJJ is probably more practical for covering your own rear end in a street fight.|||the one that suits you and is conveniently located and affordable.most schools will give you a free trial period so give them all a go for a month or so and then choose one from the criteria you decide some of which ive already noted.dont pay any up front fees or sign anything.|||Jeet Kune Do and San Shou Chinese wrestling is the ultimate combo. Oh, sure Gracie wins all the comps but with those two you get in there every day and fight, fight, fight, and there%26#039;s just no better preparation for real life self-defense.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sanshou|||From what i know Brazilian Jujitsu has a bit of everything which makes it work well. If you want my opinion i think you are going to enjoy Wing Chun more. Best thing to do is visit a school for each nearby and see what they do.|||Wing Chun. I%26#039;ve studied this art with my Shaolin training %26amp; it is an excellent close combat art. Is THE foundation for Jeet Kune Do as well.|||All of them have pros and cons. Do them all if you can afford it!
